Shipping Information

Yes. We offer international shipping worldwide from our distribution centres in Europe and the USA.

The only countries that we cannot currently offer shipment to are Cuba, Iran, and North Korea. We ship internationally to all other countries.

We ship using a range of couriers.

Within the USA your order will shipped with one of the USPS, DHL or UPS. If you have a preference please specify in the order notes.

Within the EU and UK orders will be send via registered mail with tracking.

Orders to Canada and all other counties will be sent via international mail with tracking.

We send a package tracking number to you by email as soon as your items are sent out. Please note, if you have ordered multiple items they may arrive in more than one delivery. You will be sent a separate tracking number for each consignment dispatched. You can track the progress of your order online via the carriers website.

If your order is lost by the courier then we will refund or replace your item, provided that your order is sent to one of the countries listed below.

Unfortunately, not all countries support full door to door tracking. For countries that are not on this list, tracking stops once the package is handed over to the international carrier. Therefore, we do not replace or refund once the tracking gets to this point. If you are ordering from a country not on the list below please consider this. That said, the significant majority of packages arrive without any issues.

We will route your order automatically with the goal of getting your items to you fastest. This means that in the vast majority of cases:

Orders from the USA & Canada and all counties not listed below will be sent from our facility in the United States.

Orders from Mainland Europe and the United Kingdom and all counties listed below will be sent from our European facility.

Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Brazil, China, Cyprus, Estonia, Georgia, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Moldova, Russia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, and Uzbekistan.*

Multiple factors affect where an order can best be shipped from. Those include product type availability, stock availability, and shipping address. Order routing happens automatically so the branch that is the best fit will fulfill an order. We cannot guarantee all orders shipping to a specific country will always ship from the same location.

All of our items are made to order, just for you. This process, ‘fulfillment’ can take up to 2-7 business days before shipping.

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you an email with tracking information. From that point please allow the following times for your package to be delivered.

USA and Canada: 3-7 working days

Europe and the UK: 4-8 working days

Rest of the World: 6-14 days (dependent on location)

We operate flat rate shipping depending on the delivery location.

We ship different products from different locations. Products fall into two categories:

A base rate applies to the first item from each category. Additional items can be added for a reduced rate. Full information can be found below.

The discount is automatically applied to the USD conversion rate of your Total on the Checkout page.

You can always save 5% by paying with cryptocurrency, but we also offer different discounts every month. However, all coupon codes have an expiry date.

Some offers are specific to a particular coin. Others offer a % or USD amount discount but we always have an extra way for you to save on your purchases!

You payment is processed by one of our payment partners: PayPal, Stripe and CoinPayments. Each of these international businesses employ the latest technology to ensure that your payment and personal information is secure.

Orders and Returns

We have a strong quality control process to ensure that faulty items are not sent out, but very occasionally mistakes do happen.

If you receive a defective or damaged item please send up photographs to [email protected] We will usually send you an immediate replacement, but depending on the type of damage we may ask you to return the goods, in which case we will cover reasonable costs.

Please order your size carefully. We provide detailed size guides for all items. In most cases ordering your usual size will ensure a perfect fit, but where there is specific size advice we make this clear.

If you notice an error after ordering please let us know as soon as possible. We have a window of time to correct orders before your items are made. Because our items are custom made to order we cannot replace incorrectly sized items once they have gone into production.

You have the right to change your mind.

If you receive an item and wish to return it you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will then provide you instructions on how to return your item and once your item is received back, they will process your refund to your original payment method, PayPal, credit/debit card or crypto (value of goods at current exchange rate).

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty, in which case we will refund reasonable return postage.

The items you return must be unworn and in their original condition save for your right to inspect the goods and try on the garments. It is your responsibility to ensure that you package the returned goods adequately so that it arrives back to us undamaged. A restocking fee will be deducted for the refunded amount only to cover our costs.

We’ll keep you updated on the progress of your order by email but you can also check on its status at any time by entering your details below.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
